May, 1983 <br />Special Use permit for "moderate impact quasi public use" for 934 Woodhill <br />granted Condition #7 says that Group W (and successors) will prepare additional <br />parking as evidenced by on-street parking. The original proposal included: <br /> <br />10 visitor spaces <br />96 employee spaces <br />26 technical spaces <br />132 parking spaces total <br /> <br />The Special Use Permit is for a period of 15 years and possible ten-year extension <br />after August 31, 1998. Leasee is to abide by current codes, ordinances. There is <br />an overflow of technical vehicles from the fenced are to the employee area. <br /> <br />2. October, 1986 <br />Propose to add 32 parking stalls northeast of building. The fenced area is to <br />expand by nine technical spaces. The loading area and trash dumpster areas are to <br />be fenced. <br /> <br />The original SUP required landscaping to screen to the condo building to the west <br />(12 spruce trees). <br />
