<br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1236 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, OF THE CITY CODE, BY <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNA nON OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES <br />AT 2555 SNELLING AVENUE FROM B-1 (LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT) AND <br />B-2 (RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT) TO R-PUD (RESIDENTIAL PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT) WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONE OF R-3 (GENERAL <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) SUNRISE ASSISTED LIVING (PF3159) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of RosevilIe, <br />and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF3159) with due notice on March 13, 2000, the <br />following property, generally located at 2555 Snelling Avenue, City ofRoseville, is hereby <br />rezoned from B-1, Limited Business District, and B-2, Retail Business District, to R-PUD, <br />Residential Planned Unit Development, with an underlying zone ofR-3, General Residential <br />District: <br /> <br />The property is located at 2555 Snelling Avenue North and is legally described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 (Abstract): That part of Section 9 Township 29 Range 23,Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Oak crest Avenue and the West Line of Snelling <br />Avenue, thence North along the West line of Snelling Avenue 150feet, thence South 150feet, to the <br />centerline of Oakcrest Avenue; thence East along the centerline of Oakcrest Avenue 350 feet, to <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 (Abstract): That part of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Oakcrest Avenue and the West line of Snelling <br />Avenue; thence North along the West line of Snelling Avenue 150 feet; thence West and parallel <br />with Oakcrest Avenue555 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Fry Street; thence South along <br />said centerline 150 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Oakcrest Avenue; thence East along the <br />centerline of Oakcrest Avenue 555 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, except the East <br />350 feet thereof <br /> <br />Parcel 3 (Abstract): The East 395 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the North 767 feet thereof, <br />except the South 335 feet thereof, and except the East 100 feet thereoffor Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1236. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
