<br />5.2 The Commission voted (5 to 0) to recommend approval of the CONCEPT <br />development plan for a residential planned unit development (R-PUD) that <br />allows the construction of a 79 unit, three (3) story senior housing assisted care <br />facility at 2555 Snelling A venue. <br /> <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />6.1 Hold second reading. <br /> <br />6.2 By motion approve (denying) final rezoning from B-1 (Limited Business District) <br />and B2 (Retail Business District) to R-PUD (Residential Planned Unit <br />Development) with an underlying zoning of R-3 (General Residence District) <br />based on the findings outlined in Section 3 of this report. <br /> <br />6.3 By motion, approve (deny) the final R-PUD development agreement for the <br />proposed residential planned unit development (R-PUD) that allows the <br />construction of a 79 unit, three (3) story senior housing assisted care facility at <br />2555 Snelling A venue, a copy of which is attached. <br /> <br />6.4 It is understood that the effective date of such a planned unit development will <br />not occur until after review by the City Attorney, final approval, and the placing <br />of signatures on the planned unit development agreement and publication of the <br />PUD ordinance.
