<br /> <br />October 18, 1999 <br /> <br />Mr. Eric Peterson <br />2977 Woodbridge Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Requested Setback Permit for Allowance Driveway Encroachment <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Peterson: <br /> <br />On October 14, 1999 the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) determined <br />. that your request for a Setback Permit to allow construction of a driveway into the <br />required five (5) foot side yard setback is not necessary. <br /> <br />Based on information provided by the City Engineer, your driveway can be constructed <br />properly to meet the required five (5) foot side yard setback from your garage to your <br />front yard-property line. Further, the City Engineer determined that a taper from five (5) <br />feet to two (2) feet could occur in the City right-of-way without a setback permit.
