The purpose of their request is to operate a dog kenneling business. <br /> <br />We oppose this venture because the primary land lise of the propel1y is RI. <br />We also have concerns about the noise of barking dogs, the possibility of ' <br />dogs escaping, and an increase of traffic through the neighborhood. The <br />Huiras' residence is located at the end of a culdesac. There is also concern <br />that if the Huiras' should sell their property in the future, the new owners <br />could set up some other form of business on the property that was rezoned <br />commercial.
