<br />~~. \q~ <br /> <br />PETITION '. <br /> <br />The following individuals below live in the vicinity of Terry and Dianne <br />Huiras whose residence is 2550 Snelling Avenue, Roseville, MN. <br /> <br />We understand that they have approached the City of Roseville to rezone a. <br />portion of their property from RI - Single Family Residence to commercial <br />property. The purpose of their request is to operate a.dogkenneling business. <br /> <br />We OppOSe this venture because the primary land use of the propelty is RI. <br />We also have concerns about the noise of barking dogs, the possibility of <br />dogs escaping, and an increase of traffic through the neighborhood. The <br />Huiras' residence is located at the end of a culdesac.
