<br />~ <br /> <br />and has adopted the recommendations and revisions to the Comprehensive Guide Plan, after a <br />public hearing held on December 9, 1998; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Roseville City Council hereby <br />approves and adopts the 1998 revised amendments (and appendices and adoptions by <br />reference) to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and comments <br />of the plan by the Metropolitan Council, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that within 120 days after Metropolitan Council approval <br />of the plan, the City of Roseville City Council will adopt ordinances amending Section 1016.26 <br />relating to surface water management by adding provision for Natural Urban Runoff Program <br />(NURP) standards, Urban Best Management Practices, and established standards of the <br />appropriate water management organizations having jurisdiction in the project area. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Manager and/or Community Development <br />Director are hereby directed to submit the Plan to the Metropolitan Council for review and <br />comment, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, <br /> <br />Q:\Comprehensive Plan\Miscellaneous\Resolution 12.13.99,doc <br />
