A demographic summary by planning district has been completed, as well as <br />an overall city summary. <br />8. A "cost of growth" study has been completed. While not a policy or plan, it <br />will be added to the Appendix (Book 2) by reference. <br />9. City street map has been revised and added to the introduction section to <br />the Plan. <br />10.
