<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, January 8, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn, <br />The following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING THE TEXT AND LAND USE MAP <br />DESIGNATIONS OF THE EXISTING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED IN <br />1994 (AS AMENDED) BY INCORPORATING THE TWIN LAKES BUSINESS <br />PARK MASTER PLAN OF 2000, SUBJECT TO AN AREA WIDE URBAN <br />REVIEW (AUAR) AND METROPOLITAN COUNCIL REVIEW AND <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Planning Acts of 1976 and 1996 <br />the City ofRoseville is required to prepare a city comprehensive plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, in 1994 adopted and in 1997 re-adopted a <br />revised plan entitled "City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan", which was reviewed <br />and approved by the Metropolitan Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council established a comprehensive plan review and has <br />assisted by further authorizing a citizen survey (1990 and 1998) and community <br />Visioning Process (1992), entitled VISTA 2000, with over 100 citizen volunteers, and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, as part of the Comprehensive Plan, <br />incorporated master plans for Twin Lakes Business Park originally in 1988 and revised <br />and re-incorporated the master plan in 1996, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing on November 8, 2000 <br />and continued the hearing to December 13, 2000 to allow more time to coordinate and <br />assimilate Twin Lakes new development into existing redevelopment areas; and invited <br />comment and provided legal notice to affected communities and property owners within <br />350 feet of any land use map change, and <br /> <br />I <br />
