<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on December 11, 2000 adopted and <br />recommended approval of the amendments (dated December 13, 2000) to the Twin Lakes <br />Business Park Master Plan and recommended further study of retail options within the <br />southeast section of the business park, subject to an AUAR, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and Council will review any amendments <br />to the master plan based on new issues that arise from environmental reviews, such as an <br />Alternative Urban Area Review (AUAR) process, which could result in a refInement to <br />the Twin Lake Business Park Master Plan amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville hereby approves and adopts the revisions to the Twin Lake Business Park <br />Master Plan of 2000 as an amendment to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide <br />Plan, subject to new issues which may arise from environmental reviews, such as an <br />Alternative Urban Area Review (AUAR) process; and subject to review and comments of <br />the Plan amendments by the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3232 _ TwinLakesRenewedPlan\RCA Twin Lakes Resolution (0 I 080 I ).doc <br /> <br />2 <br />
