PUBLIC HEARING. Upon receipt of a completed application. a date <br />shaH be set for a public hearing before the planning commission. The hearing will be held <br />DO Jess than 10 days after mailed notice is sent to the owners of properties located wholly or <br />partiaUy within 400 feet of the site, as reflected in the certified records of the Hennepin <br />county auditor. Following the hearing or any continuance thereof which is not appealed byrthe applicant. the planning commission shall make a decision regarding the matter.
