INC. <br /> <br />I4J 007 <br /> <br />Traffic <br /> <br />Issue: <br />Solution: <br />Suggestion: <br /> <br />Issue: <br />Solution: <br /> <br />Suggestion: <br /> <br />Issue: <br />Solution: <br /> <br />Suggestion: <br /> <br />Traffic movements near residential areas <br />Keep vehicular circulation routes away from residential areas where practical. <br />· In the site plan review and approval process, require vehicular circulation to be <br />routed away from boundaries with residential districts. <br /> <br />Parking areas <br />Screen parking areas between residential and commercial uses between the hours <br />of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am., with greater screening near the entrance where most of <br />the activity occurs. <br />· For properties with commercial uses open for business, delivery or other <br />activity between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, require screening of parking <br />and driving areas adjacent to residential areas to meet a minimwn opacity of 90% <br />and a minimwn height of 6 feet, by means of landscaping, wall, fence, or benn. <br />· Require enhanced screening of parking and driving areas for such commercial <br />uses in the area within 200 feet of the entrance to the business.
