The Developer will provide an irrevocable letter of <br />credi t or bond in the amount of one hundred twenty-f i ve percent. <br />(125\) of the estimated costs of outside improvements which shall <br />include fencing, buffer zone construction and berming, land.... <br />scaping, storm drainage improvements, automatic irrigation, and <br />light.ing. Prior to installation of sa id exhaust <br />filters a certificate as' to effectiveness of such filtering <br />system from an industrial hygienist shall ,be' filed with the City. <br />Before any food processing facility max begin to operate, <br />approval of the filtering system by the City's building inspector <br />must be secured. . Such approval shall not be unreasonably <br />withheld. Continued operation of such food processing facilities <br /> <br />3 <br />
