The Developer and its' succeSSOI:S in ownership of the <br />property shall advise all tenants of the terms of this <br />development agreement. <br />9.. Each October, the city Engineer and Develope+ or its <br />successor in ownership of the property, shall inspect the storm <br />water management system on the property to determine any <br />mainten'ance on said system which should l)e made. The Developer <br />or its successor in ownerShip shall comply with all reasonable <br />requests m~de by the City Engineer for maintenance of the storm <br />water management system. <br />10. The property may be assessed 25% of the co'st of <br />improvements to Century Avenue right-of-way between County Road E <br />and Spruce Place. The'preliminary plans for which are currently <br />on file with the City Engineer. <br />11. The property shall be maintained' in a clean an,d orderly <br />fashion.
