PLAN <br />FOR VADNAIS SQUARE <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />. <br />TRUCK TRAFFIC ROUTES . <br />Truck traffic routes within the Vadnais Square development are designed to route <br />trucks away from nearby residences. Trucks for the two main anchor tenants will be <br />routed up and back the center aisle or to ,the east of the center aisle on the site. <br />These routes will be designed with necessary turning radii and heavier bituminous <br />surfacing. ' <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />HOURS OF TRUCK TRAFFIC <br />1. Definition of truck traffic. <br />The term "truck traffic" shan include all activities included in truck <br />deliveries including actual driving of trucks on site, idling a truck on site, or <br />allowing noisy refrigeration equipment to run on site that can be heard from <br />surrounding residential properties. The City does not want del ivery trucks <br />on site during non-truck traffic hours. <br /> <br />2. Truck Traffic Hours for Target <br />The hours of truck traffic to Target shall be from 8;00 AM to 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Truck Traffic Hours for Grocery Store <br />The hours of truck traffic deliveries to the grocery store shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Mondays through Saturdays <br />Sundays & Holidays <br /> <br />6;00 AM to 7~OO PM <br />6:00 AM to 4:00 PM <br /> <br />4. Truck Traffic Hours for All Other Occupants of Vadnais Square <br />Development <br />The hours of truck traffIC deliveries to all other stores/facilities on site shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />Monday through Friday <br /> <br />7:00 AM to 7:00 PM <br /> <br />Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays <br />- trucks up to 26/000 Ibs. gross weight <br />- trucks greater than 26,000 Ibs. gross we:ight <br /> <br />7:00 AM to 7;00 PM <br />8:00 AM to 4:00 PM <br /> <br />C. CHANGES IN TRUCK TRAFFIC HOURS <br />Any changes in truck delivery hours shall be approved by the City Council and <br />made part of the business license required for aU businesses within this <br />development. <br /> <br />-, <br />
