TRASH/RECYCLING PICKUP <br />Trash/recycled materials will be kept in designated areas behind the buildings in <br />dosed dumpsters or compactors. Pickup will occur during the truck traffic hours <br />defined in this agreement on Mondays through Saturdays within no pickups on <br />Sundays or holidays. Additional details. regarding Target's trash pickup and <br />recycling are provided in the attached Exhibit A, under Item 3. <br /> <br />E. SNOW PLOWING/HAULING/STORAGE <br />Lots will be snowplowed on a regular basis with a two-inch or greater snowfall, <br />however, operation of the shopping center may require snowplowing at depths less <br />than two inches. Snowplowing must be done prior to the opening of business each <br />day. Under heavy snow conditions, there may be several plowings and/or cleanups <br />throughout the day. In the event of light snowfall during the night amounting to <br />less than two inches, the snowplowing shall not commence prior to 5:30 AM. <br />Snowplowing on the westerly side of the development, dosest to the residential <br />area, shall be scheduled as late as possible in the morning hours or as early as <br />possible in the evening hours to lessen disturbances on the neighboring residential <br />areas. <br /> <br />F. ~JACEMENT OF NOISE AND EXHAUST PRODUCING EOUIPMENT <br />Noise and exhaust producing equipment in the development sh,aJl be placed to <br />minimize the noise Impacts to the greatest extent possible on neighboring <br />residential properties. Such noise and exhaust producing equipment shall be <br />screened by a parapet wall, berm or other solid screening device (this does not <br />include landscaping). All compactors and rooftop units shall at least conform to <br />suggested Environmental Protection Agency guidefines for day and night residential <br />standards. Additional details regarding Target's equipment are outlined on the <br />attached Exhibit A, under Item 4 <br /> <br />G. PARKING LOT SWEEPING/MAINTENANCE <br />Parking lots are generally swept on an annual basis. in the spring of each year. <br />Target requires additional lot sweeping as often as every other day. However, this <br />additional lot sweeping is performed by very small and compact commercial units. <br />The hours that parking rot sweeping shall take place are during normal truck traffic <br />hours, Monday through Friday. The parking lot striping and handicap parking <br />signs/markings shall be maintained on a regular basis. <br /> <br />This Noise/Environmental Control Plan was approved by the Vadnais Heights City Council <br />on September 23, 1996. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />
