L <br />PLYMOUTtt U L , ~ <br />I CITY OF PLYMOUTH ~( <br />t~;!!!!L!.OrV[lOPMENT OEPY.nMf~ <br /> <br />Hans Hagen Jf. <br />Hans Hagen Homes <br />941 Hillwind Road, Suite 300 <br />Fridley, MN 55432 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PUD Final Plan Approval for Plymouth Station (97186) <br />Dear Mr ~en: <br /> <br />This letter is written to inform you that the above-referenced application has been <br />administratively approved per Section 21655.07 of the City Code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A PUD Final Plan is approved for an approximately 1) 56,400 square foot <br />grocery store with 11,310 square foot of attached retail space, 2) 25,700 retail <br />building, 3) 6,660 video store, 4) 6,840 restaurant/reulil building, 5) 4,000 <br />square foot fast food restaurant, 6) 4,500 square foot gas/convenience store with <br />an attached car wash, 7) 3,400 square foot auto service-minor, 8) 6,300 square <br />foot auto service-major, 9) 10,080 office/professional building, 10) and a 6,b30 <br />square foot daycare building according to the plans received by the City on <br />February 17, 1998, except as amended by this letter. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The architectural elevations for the proposed Rainbow grocery store and <br />attached retail, free-standing retail, professional building, Hollywood Video <br />building~ and the restaurant/retail building are approved with the Final Plan, <br />subject to the plans received February 17, 1998. A building permit shall be <br />obtained prior to building construction. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />No approvals for the architectural elevations of the fast food restaurant, <br />gas/convenience store with an attached car wash, auto service-minor, auto <br />service-major and daycare buildings are conferred with the approval of this <br />Final Plan. The applicant must submit Final Plans that address the elevations of <br />these buildings prior to the issuance of building permits for any of these <br />buildings.
