Section 1002.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding <br />20 the following definitions to read as follows: <br />21 <br />22 TWENTY-FOUR HOUR USES: Anv commercial use that is open for business, <br />23 delivery, or other activity during any hour between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. <br />24 <br />25 SECTION 2. Chapter 1006 ofthe Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />26 follows: <br />27 <br />28 1006.01: ESTABLISHMENT: In order to provide for modern retail sales and service <br />29 facilities of integrated design in appropriate locations, the "S-C" Shopping Center <br />30 District is established. It is intended that development within a shopping center district <br />31 be designed and developed as an integrated unit according to an overall plan. <br />32 <br />33 1006.013: PLAN REQUIREMENTS: The proposed development shall be constructed in <br />34 accordance with an overall plan designed as a single architectural unit with appropriate <br />35 landscaping and shall provide for the initial construction of either a minimum often <br />36 thousand (10,000) square feet of floor area or a minimum of six (6) of the uses <br />37 permitted in this district. A proposed plan for the ultimate development of the district <br />38 shall be filed with the plans in applying for a building permit. Such plans shall include <br />39 proposals for adequate handling of parking, drainage, vehicular and pedestrian traffic <br />40 and screening so as to allow the City to determine the adequacy of such provisions. <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />
