Security: Commercial property owners will be responsible for <br />providing frequent and thorough security monitoring of <br />commercial areas within 300' of a residential district. <br /> <br />4. Site Maintenance: Commercial property owners shall be <br />responsible for daily site monitoring and site maintenance, <br />including trash pickup in parking areas bordering residential <br />areas. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 1008.09B.1.ofthe Roseville City Code is amended to as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Any minor extensions, alterations or modifications of proposed or existing <br />buildings or structures may be authorized by the Development Review Committee if <br />they are consistent with the purposes and intent of the final plan. No change <br />authorized by this Section may increase the cube of any building or structure by more <br />than ten percent (10%). <br />SECTION 4. Section 1013.01 ofthe Roseville City Code is amended to add a <br />paragraph H. to read as follows: <br /> <br />H. Any owner ofland who has received a conditional use permit may apply for <br />an amendment to the conditional use permit. Applications for amendment or <br />modifications shall be processed as original applications except that minor <br />modifications to the terms and conditions of the permit that do not exceed a ten <br />percent (10%) departure from the standard or condition specified in the permit may be <br />approved upon application to the Community Development Director, after the review <br />by the Development Review Committee (DRC). <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, <br />2000, following its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, this 15h day of December <br /> <br />1999. <br /> <br />6 <br />
