In <br />the site plan review and approval process, every reasonable effort <br />must be made to desie:n the site circulation so that service vehicles <br />over one ton capacity do not use routes which brine: vehicles <br />between a building and a residential district boundary. <br /> <br />Service vehicles over one ton capacity which enter or exit the site <br />between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall use a designated <br />route approved by the City. The desie:nated route shall keep vehicles <br />at least 300' away from any residential district boundary or screened <br />at all times by a buildine:, wall, landscaped berm, or fence from a <br />point 14' above the ground at the outside ede:e ofthe truck route <br />lane to a point 5' above the first floor (main level) of the adjacent <br />residences. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking and Off Street Loading; Off-street parking <br />requirements shall be as listed in subsection 1005.01D, and in addition: <br /> <br />1. Commercial uses open for business, delivery or other <br />activity between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., <br />screening of par kine: and driving areas adjacent to <br />residential areas must be provided and must meet a <br />minimum opacity of 90% and a minimum height of 6 feet, <br />by means oflandscaping, wall, fence, or berm. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Off-Street Loading: Off-street loading shall be as listed in subsection <br />1005.01F and servicing space shall be set aside desie;nated for each <br />store unit in the shopping district. Such loading space shall be designed <br />so as not to conflict with movement of vehicular traffic to and from <br />parking areas. (Ord. 275, 5-12-59) <br /> <br />1.
