Any minor extensions, alterations or modifications of proposed or existing 24 buildings or structures may be authorized by the Development Review Committee if 25 they are consistent with the purposes and intent of the final plan. No change 26 authorized by this Section may increase the cube of any building or structure by more 27 than ten percent (10%). 28 29 SECTION 4. Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code is amended to add a 30 paragraph H. to read as follows: 31 32 H. Any owner of land who has received a conditional use permit may apply 33 for an amendment to the conditional use permit. Applications for amendment or 34 modifications shall be processed as orie:inal applications except that minor 35 modifications to the terms and conditions of the permit that do not exceed a ten 36 percent departure from the standard or condition specified in the permit may be 37 approved upon application to the Community Development Director, after the 38 review by the Development Review Committee (DRC). 39 40 SECTION 5.
