Any minor extensions, alterations or modifications of proposed or existing <br />24 buildings or structures may be authorized by the Development Review Committee if <br />25 they are consistent with the purposes and intent of the final plan. No change <br />26 authorized by this Section may increase the cube of any building or structure by more <br />27 than ten percent (10%). <br />28 <br />29 SECTION 4. Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code is amended to add a <br />30 paragraph H. to read as follows: <br />31 <br />32 H. Any owner of land who has received a conditional use permit may apply <br />33 for an amendment to the conditional use permit. Applications for amendment or <br />34 modifications shall be processed as orie:inal applications except that minor <br />35 modifications to the terms and conditions of the permit that do not exceed a ten <br />36 percent departure from the standard or condition specified in the permit may be <br />37 approved upon application to the Community Development Director, after the <br />38 review by the Development Review Committee (DRC). <br />39 <br />40 SECTION 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect from and after <br />41 its passage and publication. <br />42 <br />43 PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, this _ day of _, 1999. <br /> <br />7 <br />
