<br />to sign contracts as outlined on the attached bid summary, including: the JC Shelter
<br />rejection of the masonry bids, the acceptance of the concrete alternate,
<br />the rejection of the kitchen equipment bid, the rejection of the flooring
<br />bid, and to authorize the re-bid of the electrical section, with the moneys
<br />for this project to be taken from the Recreation Facilities Fund. Roll Call,

<br />F-2 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9724, approving the Resolution 9724
<br />approved 2000 Annual Budget in the amount of $34,009,249, for the City 2000 Budget
<br />of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9725, submitting the
<br />approved property tax levy on real estate to the Ramsey County Auditor
<br />for the Fiscal Year of 2000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9726, directing the
<br />County Auditor to adjust the approved tax levy for bonded debt, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall.

<br />Wall moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1234, amending Title X,
<br />Chapter 1002, 1006, 1008, and 1013 of the Roseville City Code concerning
<br />definitions, shopping center districts, conditional use permits and
<br />planned unit developments, as amended, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: Maschka.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that staff be directed to propose
<br />additional amendments to the City Code that would extend, as
<br />appropriate, the amendments previously considered or adopted for the
<br />Shopping Center District, as a result of the Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban
<br />Study, to uses in other zoning districts. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.
