F-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that authorization and acceptance of Safety Pads the low bid of Crowley Company, Incorporated of $92,000 for the Skating Center installation of a new safety padding system at the OVAL of the Roseville Skating Center with the moneys to be taken from the Recreation Infrastructure Fund, be approved.
