<br />1-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that authorization of the City Manager Development Agreement
<br />and City Attorney to prepare a development agreement with Sunrise Sunrise Senior Housing
<br />Senior Housing and The Schoening Group to close the gap of $350,000 - (PF3159)
<br />$500,000, using a variety of funding sources as outlined in Section 3 of the
<br />Request for Council Action and term sheet, with final agreements to be
<br />approved by City Council, be approved. The gap financing would be
<br />contingent upon site control by Sunrise and Schoening and the
<br />completion of land and building appraisals to substantiate purchase
<br />prices and new value and site assessment reports to evaluate

<br />recommendation to the City Council for their consideration on December
