That the lot line be modified to create the proper five foot <br />setback for the driveway. <br /> <br />2. That an easement be granted for utilities across Lot B. <br />3. That a drainage easeme~t for the pond be granted. <br />4. That the pond shall be maintained by the owner. <br />s.
