Parcel "A" meets the required width, depth and square <br />footage, while Parcel "B" meets the required depth and square footage. Parcel "B" <br />proposes a width of84.5 feet or a lot that meets 99.4% of the required width. <br /> <br />Mr. Coil has indicated he will remove the existing garage from Parcel "B" to allow <br />construction of a single family home on the parcel. The existing home would remain, be <br />renovated, and a new garage constructed. No plans have been submitted on the type of <br />house that will occupy the newly created lot.
