Accessory buildings in residential districts other than R-l and R-2 districts shall be placed in rear yards, and shall meet the same setback, height. and exterior finish regulations as a principal structure for the zoning district in which it is located, in addition to these requirements. 15. A building permit shall be required for all accessory buildings and storage/tool/garden sheds.
