<br />Ramsey County or U.S. trunk highway, all additional specifications of the appropriate <br />highway departments will apply. (Ord. 1172, 9-23-1996) <br /> <br />703.10: OBSTRUCTION PROHIBITED: <br />A. Obstruction or blocking of City-owned nonmotorized pathways, sidewalks, or <br />designated bicycle routes, by any means, including, but not limited to, the PARKING of <br />yehicles or storage of snow, is prohibited. (Ord. 1186, 8-11-1997) <br /> <br />1 002.02 PARKING SPACE, AUTOMOBILE: A suitably surfaced and permanently <br />maintained area, either within or outside of a building, of sufficient size to store one <br />automobile as specified in this Title. (Ord. 878, 3-23-81; amd. 1995 Code) <br /> <br />1004.01 B. General Density Requirements, Exceptions And Credits: <br />1. The total minimum lot requirements for structures housing three (3) or more <br />dwelling units in any R District may be reduced by one hundred (100) square feet per <br />dwelling unit if the property involved is contiguous to a B or an I District. <br />2. The total minimum lot area requirements for structures housing tl:lree (3) or more <br />dwelling units in any R District may be decreased by three hundred (300) square feet for <br />each PARKING space that is proyided under the principal use structure or, in some other <br />manner, underground which allows use of the grade level above such space for other <br />PARKING, yard or recreation space. <br />3. The total minimum lot area requirements applicable to any principal use structure <br />housing three (3) or more dwelling units in any R District may be decreased by one <br />hundred (100) square feet per dwelling unit for each story over four (4) in those cases <br />where a permit for structures of four (4) stories or more is issued. To qualify for this <br />credit, the structure must provide passenger elevator facilities to all floors. This credit, in <br />combination with any others applicable, shall not be allowed if such allowance would <br />eliminate yard or PARKING space area otherwise required relative to the dimensions of <br />the proposed structure and the number of units contained in such structure. (Ord. 500, 8- <br />8-1966) <br /> <br />C. General Lighting Regulations: Any illumination, whether affixed to a building or <br />otherwise, within a lot in any R District shall not be permitted to beam beyond the lot <br />lines wherein it is located. (Ord. 275, 5-12-1959; amd. 1990 Code; Ord. 1089,2-25-1991; <br />1995 Code) <br /> <br />1004.01 D. Off-Street PARKING Requirements: In all residence districts off-street <br />automobile PARKING space shall be provided as an accessory use in accordance with <br />the-provisions of this Section at the time any building or structure is erected, enlarged or <br />expanded in height or ground coyerage: (Ord.275, 5-12-1959) <br />1.
