<br />A. Enforcement: The Community Development Director is responsible for the <br />overall administration and enforcement of this Chapter. Any violation of the provisions <br />of this Chapter, the provisions of any permit issued in accordance with this Chapter or <br />failure to comply with any of its requirements (including yiolations of conditions and <br />safeguards established in connection with grants of variances or conditional uses) shall <br />constitute a misdemeanor and shall be "punishable" as defined by law or as otherwise <br />provided in this Code. <br />B. Permits Required: <br />1. In addition to any permit requirements of an underlying district or specific <br />shoreland or waterfront improvements, permits are required for the construction of <br />retaining walls, driveways, lP AJRIDING lots, patios, fences, water related accessory <br />structures, watercraft accessory devices and signs within the building setback area from <br />the ordinary high water mark. Application for a permit shall be made to the Community <br />Development Director or the Director's designee on the forms provided. The application <br />shall include the necessary information including visual displays, soil, slope and <br />vegetation protection plans so that City staff can determine the site's suitability for the <br />intended use. <br />2. All permits within this Chapter must specify a termination date, not to exceed <br />twelye (12) months from the date of issuance. A permit may be determined to be null and <br />void by the Community Development Director if it is determined after issuance that false <br />supporting information was filed with the permit application. As part of any such <br />determination, the Director may issue a stop work order, post the same on-site, send a <br />copy by certified mail to the permittee and determine what other enforcement action is <br />necessary . <br />C. Certificate Of Zoning Compliance: The Community Development Director shall <br />issue a certificate of zoning compliance for each activity requiring a permit as specified <br />in this Chapter. This certificate shall specify that the use of land conforms to the <br />requirements of this Chapter. (Ord. 1156, 12-12-94) <br /> <br />1103.021: MINIMUM ROADWAY STANDARDS: <br />The following minimum dimensional standards shall apply to all existing City and private <br />roadways when newly constructed or reconstructed. All local residential streets must be <br />constructed to a width of thirty two feet (32') from the face of curb to face of curb. In <br />cases where this width is impractical, the City Council may reduce this dimension, as <br />outlined in the City street width policy. However, for purposes of emergency vehicle <br />access, no street shall be constructed to _a width less than twenty four feet (24'). In order <br />to preserve the minimum clear width, lPA.lRKIING must be restricted according to <br />subsection A of this Section. <br /> <br />A. Signage Requirements: "No lP A~NG" signs shall be installed in accordance to <br />the following: <br />3 2 feet <br /> <br />26-32 feet <br /> <br />lPA~NG permitted on both sides of the street (no signs <br />needed). <br />No lPAJRKTING on one side of the street (signs on one <br />side). <br /> <br />22 <br />
