<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The pylon sign has a height of 24 feet and contains 89 square feet per sign face, both of <br />which are conform to the City Code. <br /> <br />MALL MONUMENTS <br /> <br />· In 1993 Bradley Real Estate Trust (Permit # 9300476) undertook a major remodeling and <br />site improvements a Har Mar Mall. A component of this permit was the consolidation of <br />three freestanding Mall signs into two. The new signage was approved administratively <br />and was a net reduction in overall freestanding signage for the Mall. <br /> <br />· The first sign, a 45-foot tall double pole pylon sign that lies along Snelling Avenue and <br />has 370 square feet of signage per face. This pylon sign has been determined to be non- <br />conforming due to its height and size of sign face and cannot be altered without a <br />variance or other process. <br /> <br />· The second sign, a 19-foot tall double pole pylon sign that lies along County Road Band <br />has 170 square feet of signage per face.
