This is the 2nd winter we have had to deal with the lights and <br />the noise. It is not getting any better and the fence will not build itself. We know that not <br />having coverage by the fence it is a violation of city code. What is the hold up? What is <br />going to happen? <br /> <br />Are we going to have to go the media to get anything done? We are getting ready to go to <br />anyone who will listen to us.
