<br />Community Development Director to abate those City Code
<br />violations identified in the Request for Council Action Report,
<br />which are still in violation as of August 1, 2000, including: the items
<br />listed in resolution totaling $12,045, 1) Replace/repair soffits,
<br />siding, trim on home and detached garage,.$2,OOO; 2) guardrail
<br />rear entry.,$250; 3) complete deck - trim/guardrail. ,$500; 4)
<br />repaint home and detached garage,.$6,500; 5) remove
<br />debris/brush; 6) restack firewood; 7) repair/repaint shed; 8) Repair
<br />concrete stoop; and, 9) administration (attorney fees, Code
<br />Enforcement inspections)..$1 ,095 (10% estimate); total $12,045.
<br />Costs are not to exceed those listed, Charges are to be assessed
<br />to the property and payment on taxes per City Code 407,06-
<br />407.07, A final report is to be submitted to the City Council upon

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve the
<br />request by Midland Hills Country Club for a Conditional Use Permit
<br />(CUP) to allow construction of a new 37,500 square foot
<br />clubhouse and other appropriate site modifications, based on the
<br />findings outlined in Section 2,21 of the project report; subject to 16
<br />conditions indicated in the project report dated March 13, 2000;
<br />and, subject to Proposed Conditions, document attached. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, & Kysylyczyn, Nays:
<br />None. Absent: Wiski (Wiski excused himself from the meeting,
<br />declaring a potential conflict of interest due to a social membership
<br />at the Club,)

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve the temporary
<br />location (single season) of interim facilities for Midland Hills
<br />Country Club, subject to a final location contingent on staff review
<br />and supply of water, and that the removal of the temporary
<br />facilities should occur within one calendar year or less; or with
<br />removal to occur simultaneously with the issuance of a final
<br />Certificate of Occupancy for the clubhouse, whichever is first (map
<br />attached), Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, &
<br />Kysylyczyn, Nays: None, Absent: Wiski.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve an agreement
<br />between the City of Roseville and Midland Hills Country Club for
<br />the purpose of providing temporary access to the site and
<br />clubhouse structure by the Roseville Fire Department for training
<br />purposes prior to demolition, and further, authorize the Mayor and
<br />City Manager to execute said agreement. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Wiski.
