Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary) <br /> <br />K-1 (formerly E-2) <br /> <br />Wiski moved to approve the re-appointment of Jim Stark to the <br />Grass Lake Watershed Management Organization Board with a <br />term to expire December 31,2002, Motion is adopted by <br />unanimous consent, without objection, <br /> <br />K-2 (Formerly E-3) <br /> <br />Wiski moved to approve the reappointment of Thomas Ring to the <br />Ethics Commission, Steven Smith to the Human Rights <br />Commission, Marilyn Pearson Florian to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and John Rhody to the Planning, for another term, <br />Motion is adopted without objection by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />K-3 (formerly E-4) <br /> <br />Wiski moved to approve to establish a Special City Council Work <br />Session on Thursday, April 6, 2000 beginning at 5:30 p,m, for the <br />purpose of interviewing four applicants for the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission, Motion is adopted without objection by <br />unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Wiski moved to establish Thursday, April 20, 2000 at 4:30 p.m. as <br />the new deadline for accepting applications for the Ethics <br />Commission, Human Rights Commission, and the Police Civil <br />Service Commission; and to establish a Special Council Work <br />Session, on a date to be determined, at Roseville City Hall for the <br />purpose of interviewing commission applicants, Motion is adopted <br />without objection by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />K-4 (formerly F-1) <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to authorize the acceptance <br />of the low bid of Greener Pastures Development, Incorporated in <br />the amount of $24,730,50 for the fertilization and weed control of <br />Roseville parks and the City Hall complex, according to the <br />prescribed specifications, with moneys to be taken from the 2000 <br />Parks and Recreation budget.
