<br />3.2 The Roseville Engineering Department, Community Development Department, Development <br />Review Committee, and City Attorney have reviewed the grading plan, storm water <br />calculations, the easement to be vacated, and the easement to be provided and support the <br />request. All easement documents must be recorded before issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy for the structure. <br /> <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 through 3.2 of this report, staff recommends <br />approval of the easement vacation request and recommends acceptance of the new <br />replacement utility easement. <br /> <br />5.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 By motion, recommend approval of the request for vacation of certain utility and drainage <br />easements located on the northwest side of storm water management pond on Lot 6, Block <br />I, Centre Pointe Business Park and acceptance of a replacement utility easement, based on <br />the findings outlined in Section 3.1 - 3.2 of this report. <br /> <br />5.2 The Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for final <br />action on March 13,2000. <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; location of existing easements; and proposed easement and sketch. <br />Application accepted on February 25, 2000.
