<br />SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Typical Tenant Exterior Building Signage - Hamline Center <br /> <br />1. Tenants are allowed an exterior sign, if the demised premises has a <br />minimum of 12' of exterior storefront. <br /> <br />2. Tenant signage is to consist of individual, internally illuminated channel <br />letters, with either self-contained or remote transformers, as shown in <br />drawings on pages 8 and 9. Sign letters shall not have exposed neon or <br />wiring. No raceways shall be permitted. Translucent materials shall conceal <br />all light sources. <br /> <br />3. The maximum length of the Tenant sign letters and logo shall not end closer <br />than 9" from right or left of demised premises. <br /> <br />4. The maximum height of each tenant signage area is 2'. (Per drawing on <br />Page 8). Tenants may use one or two lines of copy. Exception shall be east <br />elevation of Bay 1 and Bay 19 ( Site Plan - Page 10). The maximum height <br />for the two Bays elevations of each tenant signage area is 3'. (Per drawing <br />on Page 9. <br /> <br />5. Letters returns will be aluminum, painted dark bronze. Faces must be 3/16" <br />Rohm and Haas Plexiglas. Color to be chosen from Red #2283, Yellow <br />#2037 or White #7328. Neon color for internal illumination is to be chosen <br />based on face color. <br /> <br />6. All materials and fastenings must be of a non-corrosive substance. <br /> <br />7. All illuminated signs installed, on, in or around the premises known as <br />Hamline Center must have U. L. labels. <br /> <br />8, The depth of each individual letter shall be five (5) inches regardless of <br />whether the sign is to be illuminated or non-illuminated. <br /> <br />9. All signage at Hamline Center shall meet the City Signage Ordinance <br />requirement for a B-2 District. <br /> <br />4 <br />
