<br />GENERAL GUIDELINES <br /> <br />1. Exterior tenant signage at Hamline Center shall consist of store identification only. <br />Copy shall be restricted to the Tenant's proper name and major product or service <br />offered. <br /> <br />2. Corporate logos, emblems, shields and similar identifying devices shall be permitted <br />subject to Landlord approval. <br /> <br />3. Each tenant shall be required to identify his premises by a sign. <br /> <br />4. Signs shall be located in the designated signage areas found on elevation drawings <br />attached. Any deviations from these drawings must be upon approval of the <br />building owner or property manager. <br /> <br />5. The furnishing and installation of a sign and the costs incurred shall be the <br />responsibility of the Tenant.
