Building The planning committee has tentati\'ely secured a building site located at Hamlinc Avenue North in the City of Roseville. Preli!TIinary lease negotiations have been made with the building developer and discussions of a build-out have been done with the contractor, Pat Borgman of Kraus Anderson. The contractor has assured us that the building will be up to code to comply with the appropriate building inspector and fire marshal standards. Attached is documentation of the required modifications and estimate of facility upgrades. Family Academy will comply with all local health and safety codes. The building will also be handicap accessible. Once sponsorship and approval have been granted, the planning committee will aggressively work toward completing the upgrade and build-outs. It is anticipated that the building will be completed by July IS, 2000. See Attached letter from I(yaus-Anderson fualty Company at Tab No. 11. D.
