Provide a statement of assurance that the school will conduct criminal <br />background checks. <br /> <br />Criminal background checks will be done through local law enforcement agencies <br />and records of the reports will be maintained and updated by the school. <br /> <br />E. Attach copies of current educational licenses held by charter school proposal <br />developers. <br /> <br />See attached necessary teaching license of one of the school)s proposal developers at Tab 1\'0. <br />12. <br /> <br />VII. Transportation <br /> <br />A. Indicate who will provide transportation for pupils in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statute. <br /> <br />Transportation for students enrolled at Family Academy may be provided by <br />Family Academy.
