The inspection revealed: <br /> <br />Front Building Face: <br /> <br />· Peeling paint and rotted wood on the soffits, window trim, pillars. <br />garage doors (3), and siding. <br />. Two torn window screens. <br />. One broken window. <br />· Debris piled in front of garage door and under tree. <br />. Severely cupped roof shingles indicating roofing failure. <br /> <br />Southeast Building Face: <br /> <br />. Peeling paint on soffits, window trim and siding. <br />. Window trim rotted. <br />. T om window screen. <br /> <br />- Rear Building Face: <br /> <br />. Soffits rotted and falling off house. <br />. Peeling paint on soffits, window trim and siding. <br />. T om window screens. <br />. Broken windows. <br />. Exterior door to porch - lower half broken off. <br />. Holes in siding - apparently from birds. <br />.
