(Attached) <br /> <br />Required repairs to this property include: <br /> <br />Replace all rotted siding, soffits, trim and window trim <br />Repaint any peeling or unpainted siding, soffits, trim, pillars, windows and <br />doors (in effect the entire structure). <br />Replace all broken window glass. <br />Replace all torn window screens. <br />Remove junk/debris in front of garage doors, under tree and in rear yard. <br />Replace failed roofing on both home and garage with new shingles. <br />Replace broken exterior door on rear porch. <br />Repair holes in siding caused by birds. <br />Remove vegetation, debris, and dirt from pool. <br />Replace rotted steps from patio to the pool area. <br />Accessory Buildings (3): <br />. Repaint all areas of peeling paint and rust. <br />. Reinstall doors so each building is secure. <br />. Remove debris from inside each building. <br />· Reposition one building back onto foundation. <br /> <br />Numerous attempts have been made by this office over the past two years (through phone <br />calls and correspondence) to cooperatively gain compliance on these issues. This effort <br />has met with minimal success. While some soffit repairs have been completed and some <br />brush has been removed, the property remains in violation of numerous code sections. <br />
