We have had
numerous illegal incidents where a garage would have avoided the Roseville Police
Department from being called in the late night hours to our home. We have had vehicle
breakins, gas siphonings, pellet shootings, and prowlers caught outside, late at night,
which has caused us and our young child fear and distress. Also, the value and condition
of our vehicles, that sit outside in all weather conditions, has depreciated.

We would like to build an attached garage to our existing house with single attached garage.

The backyard would not be good for the garage, because of the mature oak and ash trees
that would have to be destroyed. We also have future plans which include, a deck and an
addition to the house, that would both be in the backyard.

Thank you for your time and help.

(~;:T' ~T

Ja~es F.
