<br />5.8 The color of the supporting equipment cabinets shall be ofa similar color to that of the principal <br />structure. <br /> <br />5.9 Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval ofthe conditional use <br />permit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />5.10 This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has not been <br />issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />6.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />6.1 On May 10, 2000, the Roseville Planning held the public hearing regarding the request by US <br />West Wireless's for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 67 foot monopole and four <br />(w) by ten (1) by five (h) equipment area at 285l Snelling Avenue North. There were no citizens <br />present, other than the applicant, to address the Commission regarding the request. <br /> <br />6.2 The Commission asked only a few questions regarding the monopole, site landscaping, and <br />wireless communication device interference (see attached minutes). <br /> <br />6.3 The Commission voted (7 - 0) to recommend approval of the request by Us West Wireless for a <br />conditional use permit to allow construction of a 67 foot tall monopole and associated equipment <br />units for property located at 2891 Snelling Avenue North, subject to the findings listed in Section <br />3 of the project report and subject to the conditions listed in Section 5 of the project report. <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />7.1 By resolution approve (deny) the request be US West Wireless for a conditional use permit to <br />allow construction of a 67 foot tall monopole and associated equipment units for property located <br />at 2891 Snelling Avenue North, subject to the findings listed in Section 3 of the project report and <br />subject to the conditions listed in Section 5 of the project report. <br /> <br />Attachments: narrative, site plan, location map, and coverage study. <br />60-Day Schedule: Application accepted on April 28, 2000.
