The applicant proposes a 67-foot tall monopole in the rear (west side) yard <br />area of the Countryside Restaurant. An associated four-foot by ten foot <br />area is required for equipment storage (cabinets) and is also a part ofthe <br />conditional use permit application. The equipment supports the monopole <br />and would not exceed five feet in height. Section 1012.1OA4 of the <br />Roseville Zoning Ordinance regulates private commercial antennas and <br />towers. <br /> <br />12- <br />
