Bar area is limited to 10% of restaurant floor area, and no commercial bars are <br />allowed outdoors. <br /> <br />5.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />5.1 The staff has concluded that the building does not exceed the 1997 EA W thresholds, in <br />fact, it may reduce traffic impacts from a similar sized office building. The site planning <br />and architecture meet or exceed the Centre Pointe PUD requirements. The use is <br />compatible and complimentary to the buildings in the Business Park and will serve as an <br />amenity and support for business travelers within the community. <br /> <br />5.2 City staff recommends that the Planning Commission conduct the public hearing on these <br />matters. Once public comment is complete close the hearing.
