This is an increase ofless than 1.0% of the total square footage for the <br />project and has'no significant impact on the community. . <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The proposed CSM development proposal consists cfone 3-story buildings totaling <br />71,028 sq. ft. The building will include one (1) five-story building with a lower level for <br />storage and.parking and two (2), two-story buildings. Veritas would solely use these <br />towers for their professional offices.. The project 'would' meet and exceed the existing <br />PUD development standards with a superior building design and building materials and a <br />high quality site design that takes ,advantage of the parcel's distinctive natural amenities. <br />The site has been designed so that the proposed buildings are clustered near the southern <br />property line to'offer views of the wetland areas south of the site. Access to the property <br />is provided ITom Centre Pointe Drive and Cleveland Avenue. The buildings are arranged <br />around a drop-off area that will provide a sense of arrival and announce the entrances to <br />the buildings.
