RECORDER <br />RAMSEY COONTY MN <br /> <br /> <br />Fee Alount: $19.50 <br /> <br />1111111111111111111111111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF T~ ~TY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22nd day of May 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9775 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1016.22Al <br />AND SECTION 1016.26Bl OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 391 OWASSO BOULEVARD SOUTH (PF3210). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1016.22Al (Non-Conformities) stipulates that non-conformities can <br />continue but are subject to applicable State Statutes and City Ordinance regarding alterations, repair <br />after damage, discontinuance of use, and intensification of use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at 391 Owasso Boulevard South and is legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />X The East 40feet afthe West 160feet afLot 3, A.K.
