<br />June 6, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Honigschmidt <br />1378 Sandhurst Drive West <br />Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />RE: Request for Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Honigschmidt: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at their meeting of May 22, 2000, approved Resolution <br />#9774 which allows you to construct a 1,000 square foot detached accessory structure <br />with conditions, as outlined on page two of the Resolution. One of the conditions of the <br />approval (#2) is the need to receive approval of a setback permit for a side yard <br />encroachment; this permit was approved on June 1, 2000 for a two (2) foot encroachment <br />into the required five (5) foot yard setback requirement (east side). It will be necessary to <br />get a building permit for the construction of the structure. <br /> <br />I have included a fully executed copy of the Resolution for your files. The City will file a <br />copy of this Resolution with the Ramsey County Recorder (see condition #8).
