RECORDER <br />RAMSEY COUNTY MN <br /> <br />'w <br /> <br />\. . <br />~) ) <br /> <br />Fee A.ount: $19.50 <br /> <br />11111 1111111111111/111111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF T~ITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 22nd day of May, 2000, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9774 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CONSTRUCT A 1000 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1378 SANDHURST DRIVE WEST (PF3212) <br />2- <br />WHEREAS, Tim Honigschmidt, 1378 Sandhurst Drive West has requested <br />approval to construct a 26' x 32' (832 sq. ft.) two stall detached garage with work space <br />(shop area) and a 12' x 14' (168) three season porch (all attached and encompassing <br />1,000 sq. ft.) on his 11,775 square foot residential lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed structure (1,000 sq. ft.) exceeds the maximum allowed <br />rear yard coverage of the 40%, and further, on this lot the 40% detached building area is <br />calculated as 75 feet in width x 30 feet in depth (900 sq. ft.), and therefore requires a <br />conditional use permit as per City Code Section 1004.01A.12; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1,000 square foot detached accessory structure would have two <br />parking bays, shop space, storage are for personal belongings, and a screened three <br />season porch; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site, located in Comprehensive Plan District #13 (with a <br />Comprehensive Plan designation ofL-R) is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential <br />District; and <br /> <br />'t~ <br /> <br />~t\ ~, <br />')., i <br />- 'r'J,,-,,,~:, <br /> <br />~; <br />\'~/~,~ ~, '- \<~~ f~' <br />
