In -, just over 70 percent <br />of the housing is owner-occupied, while the figure for the Metro Area is 68 percent <br />owner-occupied. Rental housing makes up about 30 percent of the housing in -, and 32 <br />percent in the Metro Area. The percentage of rental housing in - is almost equal to the Metro Area average, <br />as is - percentage of single-family attached housing, both of which are adaptable to the <br />housing needs of various age groups.
