A.D. 2001 <br />at -,'2: 05 oel ock PM <br />County kecorder <br /> <br />U1t~ <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th day of June 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn <br />And the following were absent: Goedeke <br /> <br />Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9782 <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />For Lots 31 & 32, Block 3, Minnesota Realty CO.'s <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William Zimmer has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located along <br />Brenner Avenue (directly south of 852 Brenner Avenue) for the purpose of creating one large single <br />family residential parcel and two small parcels for inclusion with the certain adjacent properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1l04.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: Lot 31 and 32, Block 3, Minnesota Realty <br />Co.'s (PID # 022923120034 and 022923120035); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create one large developable single family residential parcel <br />that meet all applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville <br />Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will also create two unbuildable single residential parcels that <br />require combination with the appropriate neighboring parcels; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
